iLAC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) conducts business activities centered on life science-related analysis.
The Company recognizes that protecting information that can identify specific individuals, such as customers and business partners handled in the course of its operations (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”), is an important social responsibility.
Therefore, the Company establishes and complies with the following Personal Information Handling Policy.

3. Regarding the Management and Security Measures for Personal Information
- We will implement necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, as well as the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and to ensure the secure management of our customers’ personal information.
- We will conduct inspections and promptly correct any violations, incidents, and accidents discovered, while implementing preventive measures for identified weaknesses.
- We will thoroughly implement safety training for our employees.
4. Concerning Complaints and Inquiries
- We will respond to your inquiries appropriately and promptly.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Our Personal Information Protection Management System monitors and audits compliance with internal regulations to achieve our Personal Information Protection Policy. We strive to identify violations, incidents, accidents, and weaknesses, and implement management reviews. We reflect these findings in management measures and internal regulations, striving for continuous improvement of the Personal Information Protection Management System.
- In our improvement efforts, we will comply with laws and regulations as well as JIS Q 15001.

3. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
When the Company receives information from customers that can identify a specific individual (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”), the Company will clearly state the purpose of use of the Personal Information in advance and use it only within the scope of that stated purpose.
Should it become necessary to use a customer’s Personal Information beyond the scope of the purpose of use stated in advance, the Company will promptly notify the customer of this fact and use the information only after obtaining the customer’s consent.
The purposes of use of Personal Information are as follows.

When outsourcing personal information handling, we select contractors meeting certain personal information protection standards, implement necessary measures such as concluding contracts regarding personal information handling, and conduct necessary and appropriate supervision of the contractors.
6. Voluntary Provision of Personal Information and Impact on Customers
The provision of personal information is entirely voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide personal information, you may be unable to use certain services provided by our company.
7. Acquisition of Personal Information by Means Not Readily Recognizable by the Individual
This website may send information called cookies to the information terminal device used by customers for the purpose of providing services to customers and verifying traffic information. Cookie information is used solely for marketing analysis of this website and the provision of various services. Additionally, this website records access logs. Access logs contain information such as the domain name of the accessing party, browser type, and number of accesses. These logs are used for website operation and management, statistical analysis of usage patterns, and as a reference for service improvement.
Cookies and access logs do not contain any personally identifiable information that identifies you.
8. Procedures for Disclosure Requests
Upon request from the customer themselves or their authorized representative, we will respond appropriately and promptly to the following requests through our designated disclosure request procedures:

Personal Information Proper Management Regulations
iLAC Co., Ltd. recognizes the importance of personal information, publicly declares these Personal Information Proper Management Regulations, and commits to adhering to them.
Article 1 (Handling of Personal Information)
The scope of employees within the business office handling personal information shall be limited to directors and personnel/labor affairs staff.
The Personal Information Handling Officer shall be President and CEO, Taka-Aki Sato.
Article 2 (Education)
The Dispatching Entity Responsible Officer shall provide annual education and guidance on personal information handling to the employees within the business office specified in the preceding article who handle personal information.
Furthermore, the Dispatching Entity Responsible Person shall endeavor to attend Dispatching Entity Responsible Person training at least once every three years to acquire knowledge and information regarding matters related to personal information protection.
Article 3 (Disclosure and Correction to the Individual)
The Personal Information Handling Officer specified in Article 1 shall, upon receiving a request for disclosure of personal information from a dispatched worker or similar individual, promptly disclose information based on objective facts such as the individual’s qualifications and work experience, in accordance with the request.
Furthermore, if a request for correction (including deletion; the same applies hereafter) based on this disclosure is made, the dispatching company’s responsible officer shall correct the information without delay if the content of the request corresponds to objective facts.
Additionally, the dispatching company’s responsible officer shall endeavor to ensure that dispatched workers, etc., are fully informed regarding the handling of personal information disclosure or correction requests.
Article 4 (Handling of Complaints)
If a complaint is received from the individual concerned regarding their personal information, the person in charge of handling complaints shall process it appropriately and in good faith.
The person in charge of handling complaints regarding personal information shall be the dispatching company representative.
